Why & Not Hostaria Venezia is a traditional Venetian osteria in the heart of the lagoon city, where authentic Venetian cuisine meets spontaneity and a passion for genuine flavors. Every day we serve traditional dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, carefully selected from local markets and the best daily catch from the Venetian lagoon.

Our philosophy is based on the simplicity of flavors, warm hospitality, and the authenticity of a place where every guest feels at home.
